Defect
On combine harvester threshing vehicles, inadequate heat insulation of the exhaust pipe and its surrounding area, combined with a design deficiency, allows debris to accumulate near the exhaust pipe. During diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration, the exhaust pipe surface temperature rises significantly and may contact accumulated straw debris in the vicinity. This contact may cause the straw to smolder and, in the worst case, result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
Replace the exhaust pipe and add heat insulation material, a cover, and a label on all vehicles.

状況
刈取脱穀作業車において、排気管およびその近傍の断熱処理が不適切であるとともに、設計が不適切なため、排気管の近傍に屑が堆積し、ディーゼル微粒子捕集フィルター（ＤＰＦ）再生処理中に表面温度が上昇し高温となった排気管とその付近に堆積したワラ屑などが接触する場合がある。そのため、ワラ屑から発煙し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、排気管の交換と断熱材、カバーおよびラベルを追加する。
