Defect
On large buses, the assembly instructions for the insertion depth of the molded fuel hose are incorrect. When the insertion depth is excessive, stress concentrates at the bend, causing cracks to develop. Continued use allows the cracks to propagate, and fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the fuel hose with the corrected part and install it at the proper position.

状況
大型バスの燃料ホースにおいて、成型ホースの差し込み代の組付け指示が不適切なため、差し込み代が大きい場合に曲げ部に応力が集中し亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると亀裂が進展し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホースを対策品に交換し正規位置に組付ける。
