Defect
The control unit governing the Adaptive LED headlights contains an incorrect beam axis adjustment program. When the push-button start is pressed and the ignition is switched ON, the headlight beam axis initialization may not execute correctly. As a result, the beam axis shifts upward, causing the headlights to fall outside compliance with Safety Standards Article 32.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the Adaptive LED headlight control unit with the corrected/updated software for beam axis adjustment.

状況
アダプティブＬＥＤヘッドライトを制御するコントロールユニットにおいて、光軸調整用プログラムが不適切なため、プッシュボタンスタートを押して電源ポジションをＯＮした際に、前照灯の光軸初期化が正しく作動しないことがある。そのため、前照灯の光軸が上向きにずれ、前照灯に係る保安基準第３２条に適合しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アダプティブＬＥＤヘッドライト・コントロールユニットの光軸調整用プログラムを対策プログラムに修正する。
