Defect
The production equipment software for the front passenger-side rear door glass is incorrectly programmed, causing insufficient cooling during manufacturing. As a result, some glass panels were not properly tempered and do not meet the breakage requirements of Safety Standards Article 29 (window glass standards). If the affected glass is damaged, it may not shatter into small fragments as required.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected door glass with a corrected part.

状況
助手席側後席ドアガラスにおいて、生産設備のプログラムが不適切なため、冷却不良となり、ガラスの破砕要件を満たしていないものがある。そのため、当該ガラスが損傷した場合、破片が粉々にならず、保安基準第２９条（窓ガラスの基準）に抵触するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ガラスを良品と交換する。
