Defect
In the hydraulic pressure-regulating unit of the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), inadequate maintenance of assembly-line equipment during production results in some units being assembled without the pressure-regulating spring. During ABS activation, pressure regulation is delayed, compromising vehicle stability.
Corrective action
Replace the ABS hydraulic pressure-regulating unit on all vehicles with a conforming unit.

状況
アンチロックブレーキシステム(ABS)の油圧調整装置において、組付工程の設備保全が不適切なため、調圧用スプリングが組み付けられていないものがある。そのため、ABS作動時に調圧が遅れて、走行安定性を損なうおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ABSの油圧調整装置を良品と交換する。
