Defect
Improper torque management during assembly of the shock absorber lower mounting bolts on the front axle and the upper mounting bolts and nuts on the rear axle allows these fasteners to loosen due to insufficient clamping torque. Continued operation in this condition may allow the bolts and nuts to fall out, causing one end of the shock absorber to detach. The detached shock absorber may then contact surrounding components, producing abnormal noise and damaging adjacent parts.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the relevant bolts and nuts for loosening and retighten to the specified torque. If any bolts or nuts are damaged or missing, or if the shock absorbers or surrounding components show damage, replace the affected parts with new ones.

状況
緩衝装置において、前軸のショックアブソーバ下部取付けボルトおよび後軸のショックアブソーバ上部取付けボルト／ナットの締付け管理が不適切なため、当該ボルト／ナットが締付けトルクの不足により緩むことがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ボルト／ナットが脱落しショックアブソーバの片側が外れて、周辺部と接触し異音がするとともに接触した部品を損傷させるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルト／ナットの緩み等を点検し、規定トルクで締付ける。なお、ボルト／ナットが損傷、紛失およびショックアブソーバや周辺部品等に損傷がある場合は、新品と交換する。
