Defect
The front passenger airbag is improperly installed, and on some vehicles the mounting screws securing the front passenger airbag are absent. As a result, the airbag may not deploy correctly in a collision, reducing occupant protection performance.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify that the front passenger airbag mounting screws are present. On any vehicle found to be missing the screws, install them.

状況
助手席エアバッグの取付作業が不適切なため、助手席エアバッグ固定用スクリュが取付けられていないものがある。そのため、衝突時にエアバッグが正常に展開せず、乗員保護性能が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、助手席エアバッグ固定用スクリュの有無を確認し、取付けられていないものは当該スクリュを取付ける。
