Defect
On large trucks, the air tube for the front brake system was improperly assembled, causing it to be misaligned with the exhaust heat shield and directly exposed to exhaust heat. This exposure may cause the tube to melt and leak air, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the air tube assembly position. If misalignment is found, reposition the tube correctly and replace it with a new part. Note: due to parts availability, replacement will be performed as soon as parts are ready.

状況
大型トラックにおいて、フロントブレーキ用エアチューブの組付けが不適切なため、排気遮熱板との位置がずれており、排気熱を直接受ける状態となっているものがある。そのため、当該チューブが排気熱により溶損してエアが漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エアチューブの組付け位置を点検し、位置ずれが認められた場合は正しい位置に組み付けるとともにエアチューブを新品に交換する。なお、部品準備に時間を要するため、準備ができ次第、交換する。
