Defect
The rope hook on the right side of the large shelf mounted on the upper platform of the tractor body was installed using incorrect mounting instructions. As a result, the overall vehicle width does not conform to the Safety Standards for Road Vehicles.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a bracket to the rope hook and relocate it to the correct position.
