Defect
On medium-duty trucks equipped with air brakes, improper tightening of the relay valve mounting bracket during assembly has left some vehicles missing one or more of the bracket's clamping bolts. Continued use in this condition allows driving vibration to dislodge the bracket, damaging the air lines and causing an air leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the mounting bracket clamping bolts. If any bolts are missing, install and torque them to the specified value.

状況
中型トラックの空気式ブレーキにおいて、リレーバルブの固定金具の締付け作業が不適切なため、締付けボルトの一部が欠品しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、走行振動等により当該固定金具が外れ、エア配管が損傷し、エアが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該固定金具の締付けボルトを点検し、欠品している場合は、適正に締め付ける。
