Defect
On heavy-duty tractors, the pressure sensor used to measure brake air pressure in the brake relay valve was improperly manufactured, causing the IC chip on the sensor board to detach. Continued operation prevents accurate measurement of brake air pressure. In the worst case, a difference in braking force develops between the left and right rear axles, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the brake relay valve manufacturing number. Replace any affected unit with a conforming part.

状況
大型トラクタのブレーキリレーバルブにおいて、ブレーキ圧を計測する圧力センサの製造が不適切なため、圧力センサのＩＣチップがセンサ基板から剥離するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ブレーキエア圧を正しく計測できず、最悪の場合、後軸左右の制動力に差異が生じ、走行安定性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ブレーキリレーバルブの製造番号を点検し、対象となるものは良品に交換する。
