Defect
In the driver-side SRS airbag inflator, the transfer charge used to ignite the gas generant is defective. During a collision, the gas generant may fail to combust. As a result, the airbag may not deploy properly.
Corrective action
Replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator on all vehicles with a corrected part.
