Defect
In the driver-side SRS airbag inflator, the transfer charge used to ignite the gas generant is defective. During a collision, the gas generant may fail to combust. As a result, the airbag may not deploy properly.
Corrective action
Replace the driver-side SRS airbag inflator on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグインフレータ（膨張装置）において、ガス発生剤を燃焼させる伝火薬が不適切なため、衝突時にガス発生剤が燃焼しないものがある。そのため、エアバッグが正常に展開しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、運転者席側ＳＲＳエアバッグインフレータを対策品と交換する。
