Defect
On the Route Van's manually adjustable passenger-side mirror, the method used to secure the mirror glass to the housing is improper. Driving vibration and similar forces cause wear on the retaining clips that join the mirror glass to the housing. Continued use in this condition may lead to fracture of the retaining clips. In the worst case, the mirror glass may detach, preventing the driver from monitoring rearward traffic conditions.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the passenger-side mirror with a corrected part.

状況
３．ルートバンの助手席側手動鏡面調整式の後写鏡において、鏡面と本体の固定方法が不適切なため、走行振動等により鏡面と本体の嵌合爪が摩耗することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、嵌合爪が折損し、最悪の場合、鏡面が脱落して、後方の交通状況等が確認できないおそれがある。
改善措置
３．全車両、助手席側後写鏡を対策品に交換する。
