Defect

The bolts securing the front suspension to the vehicle frame are insufficiently torqued, causing the bolts to loosen and produce abnormal noise. Continued use allows the bolts to fall out and, in the worst case, may degrade steering performance.

Corrective action

Replace the front suspension mounting bolts with new parts and tighten to the specified torque.

状況

フロントサスペンションを車体フレームに固定しているボルトの締結力が不足しているため、当該ボルトが緩み、異音が発生するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると当該ボルトが脱落し、最悪の場合、かじ取り性能が低下するおそれがある。

改善措置

フロントサスペンション締結ボルトを新品と交換し、正規の締付けトルクで締付ける。
