Defect
On heavy-duty trucks, the transmission output shaft weld on certain units is improperly completed. Continued operation may cause the output shaft weld to fail and, in the worst case, render the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action

状況
大型トラックにおいて、変速機のアウトプットシャフトの溶接が不適切なものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、アウトプットシャフトの溶接部が破損し、最悪の場合、走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、アウトプットシャフトを良品に交換する。
