Issue
The brake system control software for the four-wheel-drive ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) is incorrect, causing insufficient suppression of ABS activation on rough road surfaces. As a result, when the driver applies the brake at low speed on a continuous downhill rough road, stopping distance may be greater than the driver expects.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the ABS control software with the corrected version.

状況
4輪駆動車のABS(アンチロックブレーキシステム)の制御プログラムが不適切なため、凹凸路面等でABSの作動を制限する制御が不十分になる場合がある。そのため、低速走行時に凹凸の続く下り坂の路面においてブレーキ操作した場合に、運転者の予測より制動停止距離が伸びるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ABS制御プログラムを修正する。
