Defect
In the forward/reverse hydraulic clutch of the drivetrain, the travel control system controller software is incorrectly programmed. If a reverse operation is performed immediately after engine start, the drive force transmitted by the reverse hydraulic clutch may exceed the braking force, and the vehicle may fail to stop.
Corrective action
Reprogram the travel control system controller on all vehicles.

状況
動力伝達装置の前後進油圧クラッチにおいて、走行制御系コントローラのプログラムが不適切なため、エンジン始動直後に後進操作を行うと、後進油圧クラッチが伝達する駆動力がブレーキ制動力を上回り停止しないおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、走行制御系コントローラのプログラムを書き換える。
