Defect
On vehicles modified to a double-cab configuration, the sound insulation material installed on the cab floor is improperly secured. Cooling airflow during driving causes the insulation to sag and contact the EGR cooler. The heat from the cooler can then cause the insulation material to overheat and burn.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sound insulation material with a corrected part and add additional supports to secure it in place.

状況
ダブルキャブ仕様に改造した車両において、キャブフロアに装着した遮音材の取り付け方法が不適切なため、走行中の冷却風により当該遮音材が垂れ下がり、ＥＧＲクーラーと接触する場合がある。そのため、接触した遮音材が高熱となり焼損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、遮音材を対策品に交換し、サポートを追加する。
