Defect
On trucks equipped with air spring suspension, the sway bar link connecting the rear axle to the frame has insufficient strength. Repeated sharp turns can cause a crack to form in the link arm. Continued use allows the crack to propagate until, in the worst case, the arm fractures and vehicle stability is compromised.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the sway bar link with the corrected part.

状況
空気バネ式緩衝装置を装着したトラックにおいて、後車軸と車枠を連結しているスタビリンカの強度が不足しているため、急旋回走行を繰り返すと、当該スタビリンカのアームに亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、当該アーム部が折損し、走行が不安定になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、スタビリンカを対策品に交換する。
