Defect
On some tractor coupler height-extension frames, the clearance between the reinforcing cross member at the rear of the frame and the vehicle's V-rod is insufficient. During driving, if the V-rod moves and projects above the frame's upper surface, it may contact the reinforcing cross member. This contact may damage both the cross member and the V-rod.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reposition the rear reinforcing cross member by reversing it front-to-rear from its current mounting position. Inspect the V-rod and cross member; if either shows damage, replace both the V-rod and the cross member with new parts.

状況
トラクタのカプラ嵩上げ架台において、架台後部の補強クロスメンバと車両のVロッドとの隙間が少ないものがあり、走行中Vロッドが動きフレーム上面より上に突出した場合、架台後部の補強クロスメンバに干渉することがあるため、補強クロスメンバ及びVロッドが損傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、架台後部の補強クロスメンバを現在の装着位置から前後反転して装着する。なお、Vロッド及び当該クロスメンバを確認し、損傷がある場合には、Vロッド及び当該クロスメンバを新品と交換する。
