Defect
At the fuel hose connection on the fuel tank, some vehicles have an incorrect combination of fuel hose inner diameters. Continued use in this condition may, in the worst case, result in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, based on the fuel hose combination present, install a correctly matched hose and fitting, or replace the fitting with the appropriate part.

状況
燃料タンクの燃料ホース接続部において、燃料ホース内径の組み合わせが不適切なものがある。そのためそのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、燃料ホースの組合せにより、適切な組合せのホースと継ぎ手を取付ける又は適切な継ぎ手に交換する。
