Defect
The fuel injection pipe retaining clips are improperly designed, allowing the clips to disengage under engine vibration and other forces. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, the fuel injection pipe or flow damper (a flow-control component) may fracture, resulting in a fuel leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the retaining clips and clip bolts with corrected parts. If a retaining clip is found to be loose, also replace the fuel injection pipe and flow damper with new components.

状況
燃料噴射パイプの固定クリップの構造が不適切なため、エンジン振動等により当該クリップが外れるものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、燃料噴射パイプまたはフローダンパ（流量を制御する部品）が折損し、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、固定クリップ及びクリップ用ボルトを対策品に交換する。また、固定クリップが緩んでいる場合はパイプ、フローダンパを新品と交換する。
