Defect
On non-step buses equipped with a power-operated slope board, the mat at the boarding/alighting doorway is improperly bonded and may detach. If the vehicle continues to be operated in this condition, in the worst case the detached mat may slide underfoot, causing a boarding or alighting passenger to fall.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install a frame board over the affected mat.

状況
電動式スロープ板を装着したノンステップバスにおいて、乗降口のマットの接着が不適切なため、当該マットが剥がれるものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、足をかけた際に剥がれたマットが滑り、乗降客が転倒するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該マットに枠板を取り付ける。
