Defect
The routing of the nylon tube air line serving the wheel parking brake is improper, allowing heat from the engine to soften the nylon tube. The softened tube may sustain damage and develop an air leak, causing the parking brake to apply unintentionally while driving and rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, install an additional heat shield. Inspect the air line and repair any damaged sections.

状況
駐車ブレーキ（ホイールパーキングブレーキ）用エア配管（ナイロンチューブ）の取り 回しが不適切なため、エンジンからの熱によりナイロンチューブが軟化するものがある。 そのため、ナイロンチューブが損傷してエアが漏れ、走行中に駐車ブレーキが作動して、 走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、遮熱板を追加する。なお、エア配管を点検し、損傷しているものは修復する。
