Defect
On the air line (nylon tube) for the wheel parking brake, insufficient slack in the tube routing allows the tube to contact the V-rod during vertical movement of the rear axle while driving or during height control operation. Continued use in this condition may damage the nylon tube, causing it to develop a hole and leak air.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the nylon tube and replace any damaged tube with a new one. Additionally, replace the clip with the corrected part and reroute the nylon tube to an appropriate position that provides sufficient slack.

状況
駐車ブレーキ(ホイールパーキングブレーキ)用エア配管(ナイロンチューブ)の取り 回しに余裕がないため、走行時やハイトコントロール作動時のリヤーアクスルの上下動に より、当該ナイロンチューブとVロッドが干渉するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用 を続けると、当該ナイロンチューブが損傷して穴が開いて、エアが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナイロンチューブを点検し、損傷しているものは新品に交換する。また、クリッ プを対策品に交換し、当該ナイロンチューブの取り回しに余裕をもたせるよう適切な位置 に変更する。
