Defect
On vehicles converted to X-ray units, the vehicle frame has insufficient strength, causing cracks to develop at the lateral rod bracket mounting surface on the right-side frame. Continued use allows the crack to propagate and, in the worst case, the lateral rod may detach, compromising driving stability.
Corrective action
Add a reinforcement plate to the lateral rod mounting area on the right-side frame of all vehicles.

状況
レントゲン車に改造した車両において、車枠の強度が不足しているため、右側車枠のラ テラルロッド用ブラケットの取り付け面に亀裂が生じるものがある。そのため、そのまま の状態で使用を続けると亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、ラテラルロッドが脱落し、走行安定 性が損なわれるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、右側車枠のラテラルロッド取り付け部に補強板を追加する。
