Defect

On front two-axle vehicles, the brake pipes are improperly shaped. When the steering is turned to full lock and the vehicle crosses a road irregularity, the pipes may contact the tires. Continued use in this condition can damage the pipes and, in the worst case, rupture them, causing an air leak and reduced braking force.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, replace the brake pipes with corrected parts.

状況

前2軸車において ②ブレーキパイプの形状が不適切なため、ハンドルを最大限まで切った状態で段差を通過 した場合、当該パイプがタイヤと接触することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用 を続けると、当該パイプが損傷し、最悪の場合、パイプが破損し、エアが漏れて制動力が 低下するおそれがある。

改善措置

②全車両、ブレーキパイプを対策品と交換する。
