Defect
The bracket securing the right rear shock absorber to the body was insufficiently welded. Driving vibration and impact loads may cause the weld to detach, producing abnormal noise from contact with surrounding components. In the worst case, the shock absorber may contact and damage the tire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the weld condition and apply supplemental welds where insufficient. If the bracket is damaged, replace it.

状況
右側のリヤショックアブソーバを車体に取付けているブラケットの溶接が不十分なため 、走行時の振動や衝撃により当該溶接部が剥がれるものがある。そのため、周辺部位との 干渉音が発生し、最悪の場合、リヤショックアブソーバがタイヤに干渉しタイヤを傷付け るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、溶接状態を点検し、不十分な場合は溶接を追加する。また当該ブラケットが損傷 している場合はブラケットを交換する。
