Defect
The partial strength-enhancement process applied during manufacturing of the bus aluminum wheels is inadequate, causing tensile stress to develop at the decorative hole areas of the wheel. Loads experienced during driving may damage the wheel.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, verify the lot number of the disc wheel and, where applicable, replace the disc wheel with the corrected part.

状況
バス用アルミホイールの強度を部分強化する工程が不適切なため、当該ホイールの飾り穴 部に引張応力が発生しているものがある。そのため、走行中に受ける負荷によりホイール が損傷するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ディスクホイールのロット番号を確認し、対象のものはディスクホイールを対策 品に交換する。
