Defect
The front axle wheel caps, center caps, and nut caps are incorrectly shaped. When these caps are installed, they may protrude beyond the vehicle body fender or cause the overall vehicle width to exceed 2.5 meters.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles for cap installation compliance. Any wheel cap or center cap that does not conform to the standard must be replaced with a corrected part or removed. Nut caps must be removed from all affected vehicles, as production of a corrected nut cap is not feasible.

状況
前軸用ホイールキャップ、センターキャップ及びナットキャップの形状が不適切なため、当該ホイールキャップ等を装着した場合、車体のフェンダーから突出し、又は、幅が２．５メートルを超えるものがある。
改善措置
全車両、装着状態を点検し、基準に適合していないものはホイールキャップ、又はセンターキャップ一式を対策品に交換する、又は取り外す。 なお、ナットキャップについては、対策品の製造が不可能なため、取り外す。
