Defect
The muffler in the noise suppression system has an improperly designed internal structure. Exhaust gas temperatures and engine vibration during driving damage internal components and generate abnormal noise. Continued use may cause cracks to develop at the weld of the exhaust gas inlet pipe, resulting in an exhaust gas leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the affected muffler with the corrected part.

状況
騒音防止装置の消音器（マフラ）において、当該マフラの内部構造が不適切なため、走 行中の排出ガス温度および原動機の振動等により当該マフラの内部部品が損傷して異音が 発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、排出ガス入口パイプの溶接部に亀裂が生じ、 排出ガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該マフラを対策品と交換する。
