Defect
The routing of body wiring harnesses near the brake pipes and clutch pipes is incorrect, causing the harnesses to contact the pipes. Vibration during driving causes the brake pipes and clutch pipes to chafe against the harnesses and wear. Continued use may perforate the pipes, causing brake fluid or clutch fluid to leak and resulting in reduced braking force or loss of clutch operation.
Corrective action
Inspect the wiring condition on all vehicles. Where the wiring contacts the brake or clutch pipes, replace the affected pipes and reroute the wiring to the correct path. Where no contact exists but routing is incorrect, correct the wiring routing.

状況
制動装置及び動力伝達装置において、ブレーキパイプ及びクラッチパイプの近くにある車 体用配線の取り回しが不適切なため、当該パイプと干渉しているものがあり、走行中の振 動によりブレーキパイプ及びクラッチパイプが擦れて摩耗し、そのままの状態で使用を続 けると、当該パイプに穴があいてブレーキ液及びクラッチ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するか 、クラッチ操作ができなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該配線の状況を点検し、ブレーキ及びクラッチパイプと干渉のあるものは、パ イプを交換の上、配線を正規に変更する。また干渉のないものでも、配索が不適切なもの は正規配索にする。
