Defect
On vehicles equipped with a one-step floor air suspension, the lower torque rod bracket on the front axle shock absorber assembly was improperly welded on certain units, causing cracks to develop. Continued operation allows the crack to progress until the bracket fractures, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect the weld condition of the bracket on all vehicles. Where welding is improper, apply additional welds and attach a reinforcement plate by welding.

状況
ワンステップ床エアサスペンション装着車の前軸緩衝装置において、下側トルクロッド ブラケットに溶接が不適切なものがあるため、亀裂が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続 けると、当該ブラケットが破損し走行不能となるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブラケットの溶接状態を点検し、溶接が不適切なものは、追加溶接するとと もに補強材を溶接により追加する。
