Defect
In the vehicle body, the inner steel plate on the rear right side of the second-row right seat belt retractor mounting area was not fully welded at certain locations. If excessive load is applied to this area, the steel plate at the retractor mounting point may detach, preventing the seat belt from restraining the occupant.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. Where welds are missing from the specified positions, apply additional welds.

状況
車体において、２列目右側座席ベルト巻取装置を取り付ける部分について、後部右側内 面鉄板が一部溶接されていないものがあり、当該部に過大な荷重が加わると、ベルト巻取 装置取付け部の鉄板が剥がれて乗員を拘束できなくなる。
改善措置
全車両点検し、溶接が指定位置にないものは追加溶接を行う。
