Defect
Brake pipes are improperly routed and contact the vehicle body on some vehicles. Continued use can cause the plating on the brake pipe surface to peel and, in the worst case, the affected brake pipe may corrode.
Corrective action
Inspect all vehicles. On vehicles where clearance between the brake pipe and the body is insufficient, correct the routing. Replace any brake pipe showing contact marks with a serviceable part.

状況
ブレーキパイプの取り回しに不適切なものがあるため、ブレーキパイプが車体に接触する ものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ブレーキパイプ表面のメッキが剥がれ、 最悪の場合、当該ブレーキパイプが腐食するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両点検し、当該ブレーキパイプと車体の隙間が少ないものは修正するとともに、ブレ ーキパイプに接触痕のあるものは良品と交換する。
