Defect
The nylon tube supplying the clutch booster in the drivetrain is routed improperly, exposing it to radiant heat from the auxiliary braking device (retarder). Continued use in this condition may cause the nylon tube to melt. In the worst case, clutch operation may be lost.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, wrap the affected nylon tube with heat-resistant shielding material and reroute it away from the heat source.

状況
動力伝達装置のクラッチブースタ用ナイロンチューブの取り回しが不適切なため、補助制 動装置(リターダ)から輻射熱の影響を受けることがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続け ると、当該ナイロンチューブが溶損し、最悪の場合、クラッチ操作ができなくなるおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ナイロンチューブに耐熱シートを巻き付けるとともに、取り回しを変更する 。
