Defect

Improper painting of the rear suspension stabilizer bar has caused paint to accumulate at the joint between the stabilizer bar and the support beam. Continued use allows the fastening nut at that joint to loosen and, in the worst case, the nut may fall off, the joint may separate, and the vehicle may become inoperable.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, remove the accumulated paint at the joint and retorque the nut to the specified value.

状況

後輪緩衝装置のスタビライザの塗装が不適切なため、スタビライザとサポートビームの締 結部に塗料が堆積しており、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該締結部の締め付けナ ットが弛み、最悪の場合、ナットが脱落して締結部が外れ走行不能になるおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、当該締結部の塗料を除去し、ナットを再締結する
