Defect
The fuel tank mounting structure is inadequate, causing vehicle vibration to accelerate deformation of the fuel pump sealing material inside the tank. In the worst case, fuel may leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, improve the fuel tank mounting method from four-point to six-point support, and replace the fuel tank with a unit fitted with the corrected sealing material.

状況
燃料タンクの支持構造が不適切なため、車体の振動等により、燃料タンク内に設置してい る燃料ポンプの密封用シール材の変形が促進され、最悪の場合、燃料が漏れるおそれがあ る。
改善措置
全車両、燃料タンクの取付方法を改善(4点から6点支持)するとともに、当該シール材 を対策品と交換した燃料タンクと交換する。
