Defect
The connector terminal connection on the intake air heater (PTC heater) is insufficiently secured on some units. Continued use in this condition may cause the connector to burn in the worst case.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the heater wiring with a corrected/revised part. Any heater whose connector terminal shows discoloration is also replaced with a conforming part.

状況
原動機の吸入空気を加熱するヒータ（ＰＴＣヒータ）において、当該ヒータのコネクタ端 子の接続が不十分なものがあり、このままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、当該コ ネクタ部が焼損するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ヒータ用配線を対策品と交換する。また、当該ヒータのコネクタ端子が変色して いるものは当該ヒータを良品と交換する。
