Defect

On certain vehicles, the rear wheel brake pipes contact the accelerator and related cables at the upper left-front area of the frame. Continued operation allows road vibration to damage the brake pipes. In the worst case, brake fluid may leak, reducing braking force.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, replace and add clips securing the accelerator and related cables. Replace any brake pipes or accelerator cables that are damaged with new parts.

状況

 後輪用ブレーキパイプが車両の左前方フレーム上部において、アクセル等のケーブルに 接触しているものがあるため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、運行中の振動により当 該ブレーキパイプが損傷し、最悪の場合、ブレーキ液が漏れて制動力が低下するおそれが ある。

改善措置

 全車両、アクセル等のケーブルを固定するクリップの交換及び追加をし、ブレーキパイ プ及びアクセル等のケーブルが損傷しているものは、新品と交換する。
