Defect
A portion of the return-side rubber hose used in the power steering hydraulic line was manufactured with insufficient durability. Continued use causes the inner rubber lining of the hose to detach. In the worst case, the detached pieces may block the hydraulic circuit, reducing hydraulic pressure and causing the steering to become heavy.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the affected rubber hose. If inner rubber detachment is found, replace the power steering system components. Additionally, replace the rubber hose with a conforming part on all vehicles.

状況
動力式かじ取り装置（パワーステアリング）の油圧配管に使用しているゴムホース（戻 り側）の一部に、製造不良により耐久性の不足しているものがあるため、このままの状態 で使用を続けると、当該ホースの内面ゴムが剥離し、最悪の場合、その剥離片が油圧経路 を閉塞するため、油圧が低下して、ハンドルが重くなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ゴムホースを点検し、内面ゴムが剥離しているものは、パワーステアリン グ装置の構成部品を交換する。なお、全車両、ゴムホースを良品と交換する。
