Issue

The inspection instructions for the waterproof boot during a previous improvement campaign were inadequate, resulting in some vehicles not receiving proper inspection and replacement. 状況

改善対策時の防水ブーツの点検作業指示が不適切なため、適正な点検交換作業がされなかったものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ケーブルが錆び、最悪の場合、アクセルグリップが戻らなくなり、エンジンの回転が下がらなくなるおそれがある。

改善措置

全車両、スロットルケーブルの識別を点検し、該当するものはスロットルケーブル一式を良品と交換する。
