Issue

The dump body control lever is improperly machined, preventing the spring that returns the lever's lock-release button from being securely retained. The spring may deform, causing the lock-release button to stick in the released position. In the worst case, the lever may move inadvertently, causing the dump body to lower without operator input.

Corrective action

On all vehicles, inspect the dump body control lever and replace any defective unit with a conforming part.

状況

 荷台ダンプ操作レバーの加工が不適切なため、当該操作レバーのロック解除ボタンを戻 すためのスプリングが確実に保持されず、スプリングが変形することがある。そのため、 操作レバーのロック解除ボタンが戻らなくなり、最悪の場合、不意にレバーが動き、荷台 が降下するおそれがある。

改善措置

 全車両、荷台ダンプ操作レバーを点検し、不良のものは良品と交換する。
