Defect
In the rear wheel brake line, the bolts fastening the rear brake hose to the rear brake pipes were improperly torqued during assembly, leaving them insufficiently tightened on some vehicles. Continued use may allow the connection to loosen and brake fluid to leak. In the worst case, the rear brakes may become ineffective.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, retighten the affected bolts to the specified torque. If brake fluid is already leaking, inspect the fluid level and replenish to the specified level if insufficient.

状況
後輪ブレーキ配管において、リヤブレーキホースとリヤブレーキパイプを締結するボルトの締付け作業が不適切なため、当該ボルトの締付けが不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、締付け部が緩んでブレーキ液が漏れ、最悪の場合、リヤブレーキが効かなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ボルトを正規のトルクで締付ける。なお、ブレーキ液が漏れている場合は、ブレーキ液量を点検し、不足していればブレーキ液を規定量まで補充する。
