Issue
In the Vehicle Stability Assist (VSA) system, an incorrect air conditioning shutoff control program setting may reduce vacuum supply to the brake booster during low-speed driving immediately after engine start. Additionally, an incorrect brake hydraulic pressure control program setting — which is intended to assist brake pedal effort when booster vacuum is insufficient — may prevent brake hydraulic pressure from being properly adjusted under the same low-speed, post-start conditions. When booster vacuum is insufficient or brake hydraulic pressure cannot be properly adjusted, brake pedal effort may increase.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, reprogram the VSA modulator with the corrected/updated software.

状況
車両挙動安定化制御システム（ビークル スタビリティ アシスト：ＶＳＡ）において、エアコン停止制御プログラムの設定が不適切なため、エンジン始動直後の低速走行時にブレーキ倍力装置への負圧供給が低下することがある。 また、ブレーキ倍力装置への負圧が不足した際にブレーキペダルの操作力を補助するブレーキ液圧制御プログラムの設定が不適切なため、エンジン始動直後の低速走行時にブレーキ液圧を適切に調整できないことがある。 そのため、ブレーキ倍力装置の負圧が不足した場合やブレーキ液圧を適切に調整できない場合に、ブレーキペダルの操作力が増大するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ＶＳＡモジュレータのプログラムを対策プログラムへ書き換える。
