Defect
In the steering circuit of the wheel loader, the hydraulic flow divider valve (divider valve) that distributes hydraulic flow between the steering and load-handling functions contains an internal spool that was assembled with the wrong part due to an improper manufacturing process. When surge pressure develops inside the divider valve during operation or travel, it can damage the internal partition wall of the valve housing, causing the volume of hydraulic fluid flowing to the steering circuit to drop sharply. In the worst case, steering effort increases suddenly, making normal steering operation difficult.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the divider valve and, if a non-conforming spool is installed, replace it with a conforming part.

状況
ショベル・ローダのステアリング回路に装着された、油圧の流量をステアリングと荷役で分配する油圧流量分配弁(デバイダバルブ)の内部スプールにおいて、作業工程が不適切だったため、誤ったスプールを組み込んだものがある。 そのため、走行等の際にデバイダバルブ内にサージ圧が発生すると、バルブハウジング内部の隔壁が損傷し、ステアリング回路に流れる作動油の量が急激に減少することがある。最悪の場合、ハンドルが急激に重たくなり、通常どおりのステアリング操作が困難になるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、デバイダバルブを点検し、異品が組み付けられている場合は良品に交換する。
