Defect
The engine mount bracket attachment bolts are improperly installed, which may allow them to loosen. Continued operation in this condition can cause the bolts to fracture, allowing the engine to tilt and contact the front suspension member, producing abnormal noise. In the worst case, the drive shaft may disengage, rendering the vehicle inoperable.
Corrective action
Inspect the tightening condition of the left and right engine mount bracket attachment bolts on all vehicles and retighten to the specified torque.

状況
エンジンマウントブラケット取付ボルトにおいて、取付方法が不適切なため、ボルトが緩むおそれがある。そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ボルトが破断することにより原動機が傾き、フロントサスペンションメンバーと干渉して異音が発生し、最悪の場合、ドライブシャフトが抜けて走行不能に至るおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、左右のエンジンマウントブラケットの取付けボルトの締め付け状態を点検し、規定のトルクで締め付けする。
