Defect
Due to inadequate production controls during manufacturing, some rear combination lamp plastic components have insufficient material density. Continued use causes these components to thermally shrink, which may allow the LED elements to contact adjacent parts and sustain damage. In the worst case, the brake light and tail lamp may fail to illuminate.
Corrective action
Replace the rear combination lamp on all vehicles with a corrected part.

状況
リヤコンビネーションランプにおいて、構成部品の生産管理が不適切なため、樹脂部品の密度が不足しているものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該部品が熱収縮し、最悪の場合、ＬＥＤ素子が周辺部品との干渉によって破損し、制動灯及び尾灯が点灯しなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、リヤコンビネーションランプを良品と交換する。
