Defect
During assembly of the front exhaust pipe, incorrect torque instructions resulted in some units being fastened below the specified torque value. Driving vibration and related stresses can cause these fasteners to loosen, and in the worst case, a gap may open at the joint, allowing exhaust gas to leak.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, inspect the tightening condition of the front exhaust pipe mounting nuts. On any unit that does not meet the specified torque, replace the front exhaust pipe and gasket with new parts.

状況
排気管において、エキゾーストパイプフロント組付け作業のトルク指示が不適切なため、規定より低いトルクで締結されたものがある。そのため、走行振動等により緩みが生じ、最悪の場合、隙間ができ、排出ガスが漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、エキゾーストパイプフロント取付けナットの締付状態を点検する。規定トルクを満足していないものは、エキゾーストパイプフロントとガスケットを新品に交換する。
