Defect
On large and medium-duty trucks fitted with wing-roof van bodies, the installation instructions for the lamps mounted at the rearmost point of the vehicle's sides are incorrect. As a result, the overall vehicle width does not conform to Safety Standards Article 2 (width requirements).
Corrective action
On all vehicles, change the installation method for the affected lamps.
